Russell Giroux, Obituary, Vermont Man Dies After Large Brawl Among Spectators At School Basketball Game
Russell Giroux, Obituary, Death – On Tuesday, a man who had lived in Alburgh, Vermont all his life and was 60 years old passed away as a result of injuries he received in a fight that took place at a middle school basketball game in that town. A scuffle broke out amongst spectators at the game. After the fight, 60-year-old Russell Giroux of Alburgh, Vermont asked for medical care, and he was then taken by ambulance to the Northwestern Medical Center in St. Albans. Giroux is currently being treated for his injuries at the facility. As part of the ongoing inquiry, the Vermont State Police are conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of Russell Giroux.
It was determined upon his arrival at the hospital that it was too late to save him, and he was consequently given the diagnosis of having passed away. According to a news release, the state police were called to the Alburgh Community Education Center on Tuesday evening just before 7 o’clock in response to a report of a “big brawl” involving attendees of a game that was being played by boys in seventh and eighth grade from Alburgh and St. Albans. The game in question was being played by boys from Alburgh and St. Albans. The game in issue was being participated in by young men from both the town of Alburgh and the town of St. Albans.According to the police, by the time the troops arrived, the fight had already been resolved, and the vast majority of people who had taken part in it had already fled.
