Jamal Billups Obituary, Death –  A guy was killed after being shot during a shooting that took place in East St. Louis on Saturday afternoon. He was hit by gunfire during the incident, and he later succumbed to his injuries. During the event, a passenger in his vehicle suffered an injury as a result of it. The person who had been shot was deemed to have died at the location where the incident occurred. Jamal K. Billups was the name of the deceased person, as stated by Calvin Dye Sr., who serves as the coroner for St. Clair County. Billups was a resident of the Washington Park neighborhood, which is located in the 1500 block of North 49th Street, according to Dye Sr., who holds the position of coroner for St. Clair County. According to the report from the coroner, the body of the deceased person was discovered in his home.
