Jeffrey Suter, Columbia NC, Bishop McDevitt High School Student Dies in car accident
Jeffrey Suter Death – A male driver who was 18 years old at the time of the incident and was operating a Mustang at the time of the collision was pronounced dead at the scene of an accident that took place on Thursday afternoon in Cumberland County, according to the report that was made by the state police.
The accident took place on Thursday afternoon. Jeffrey L. Suter, who resides in East Pennsboro Township, is the person who is said to have been driving the 2008 Ford Mustang that was engaged in the incident, according to the complaint that was filed by the state police. When the event took place, the vehicle was going up north on Interstate 81 in the lanes designated for that direction.
According to the statements made by the police, Suter is accused of making an unsafe lane change at four o’clock in the afternoon, which resulted in him losing control of his car and going off the road just north of Exit 61: Wertzville Road. This was the cause of the accident that occurred. The location of the collision is marked on the map that can be found below.
After that, Suter was involved in a collision with another vehicle. The authorities have a strong suspicion that the accident was brought about when the Mustang drifted off the tarmac and crashed down the grassy hill. This caused the Mustang to leave the roadway. Because of the collision, Suter sustained injuries that were so serious that he could not be saved, and the location of the accident was ruled to be the official point of death for him.
Suter was found to have sustained injuries as a result of the occurrence that were deemed by the police to be too serious for him to be saved. On Thursday afternoon, one of the lanes heading northbound on Interstate 81 was closed for close to two hours while emergency services responded to a crisis that had taken place.
