Elizabeth Cox Obituary, Death – We are sad to inform you of the passing of Elizabeth Cox (Nee Hanratty), who was the wife of George Cox, who died away previously. Elizabeth (Betty) Jean Cox (Nee Hanratty) was born in Hanratty, and she married George Cox. This is an announcement that we are making with a heavy heart and a profound sense of regret.

On February 8th, our much loved mother and grandma died away while she was surrounded by members of her family who had been caring for her. Everyone will grieve her passing in their own unique ways. In addition to being a much-loved mother-in-law to Anita, Julie, Wendy, and John, she was a cherished and dedicated mother to her four children, Colin, Keith, Paul, and Gillian. She was also the mother of Colin, Keith, Paul, and Gillian.

She is the grandmother of Abbey, Dylan, Ellie, Amie, Sophie, Jake, Mellisa, Christopher, Jenna, and Jessica, all of whom appreciate and respect her. Jane is also her granddaughter. Elsie and Margaret’s cherished sister, in addition to being Margaret’s doting sister-in-law. Margaret’s family regards her highly. Nana to all of her Great Grandchildren, who adored and devotedly cared for her. A close companion who commands the esteem and regard of a sizable number of other people.

When she is no longer with us, each and every one of us will experience a great sense of loss. On Monday, February 20, at twelve o’clock in the afternoon, the memorial service will be held at the crematorium in Sunderland. Friends are asked to attend. Instead of sending flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Society in lieu of sympathy gifts. At the crematorium, there will be a collection box for presents of this nature available for visitors to leave their donations.
