Mark Riddell Obituary – Both Rachel and Sammi Riddell, who go by the name Riddell, are Mark’s daughters, and they would like to take this opportunity to formally introduce themselves to everyone who is currently in attendance. We are deeply saddened to inform you of the passing of our father, Mark Riddell, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our hearts are breaking as we share this news with you. On February 12, 2023, our family was at the INOVA hospital in Fairfax when our father passed away in a serene and peaceful manner. At the time of his passing, he was attended to by his loved ones on all sides. When we have finished making all of the necessary arrangements for his funeral, we will publish any additional details that need to be shared.

Thank you to those who have reached out to us or posted about it; it has been reassuring to see how much love and respect people have for Dad, and we are grateful to those who have done so. We are grateful for the sincere thoughts and messages that you have shared with us. It was a pleasure to work so closely with your dad on this project, which was made possible by the opportunity I had.

Everyone at Ringling had an extremely high opinion of him and respected him very much. He labored continuously and gave his full attention to the task at hand. When you were in his company, you had a great time because he was a lot of fun to be around. This is perhaps the most important aspect of his personality. In this difficult time, please accept my sincere condolences and know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Mark was my best friend throughout my childhood on Nanterry. During this trying time, know that you and everyone in your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
