Ellis Lewis Obituary, Death – The demise of our Beloved Father and Minister Emeritus, Brother Ellis Lewis, Sr., has left us with a tremendous sense of regret as we inform our friends and family of this news. This announcement is being made with a deep sense of regret on our part. After a lengthy struggle against illness, he left this life on February 10, 2023, having reached the ripe old age of 90 years old. He had been ailing for some time.

He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, and elder in addition to proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ for almost half a century. He also had the honor of becoming great grandparents. He had a life that was well lived.
In addition, he was an educator, and the course of many young people’s life was profoundly altered as a result of his influence.

As a minister, he was exceptionally enthusiastic and influential, and as a consequence, the lives of a significant number of Christians were altered as a direct result of his work. In addition to that, he acted in the capacity of mentor and counselor to younger clergy. He never forgot his humble beginnings in Aliceville, Alabama, despite the fact that he achieved a great deal of success over the course of his life and was recognized with a lot of accolades and awards throughout the course of his career.
