Khalil Bryant Obituary, Victims Killed In Minneapolis Shooting Incident
Khalil Bryant Obituary, Death – The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office has released the names of the two victims of the fatal shooting that occurred in the Uptown section of Minneapolis late on Wednesday night. Two people were killed in the incident, a 23-year-old man from Robbinsdale named Khalil Amer Bryant and a 29-year-old man from Minneapolis named Davante Lavar-King Reid, according to the medical examiner.
According to the authorities, Bryant passed away as a result of several gunshot wounds, whereas Reid passed away after being shot in the chest once. The shootings in Minneapolis are being investigated as a possible single incident, according to a statement released by the police early on Friday afternoon. The police note that they do not yet know how each person is connected to the incident or what transpired in the moments preceding up to it. Wednesday night about 11:30 p.m., there was a shooting that took place around the 2800 block of Colfax Avenue South.
Bryant and a female passenger were reportedly located inside of a vehicle when the cops came and made the discovery. According to the officers, both of them had been shot. Bryant was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, and the woman was sent to a nearby hospital for treatment of her injuries. It is not yet known how severe her injuries are or how she is doing. None of these details has been made public.
It is believed that Reid passed away on the 2800 block of Bryant Avenue South, which was the second site that police were called to that evening. The prior report from the Minneapolis Police Department stated that Reid was discovered in the stairwell of an apartment building. As at this moment, the police have not arrested anyone in connection with the incident.
