Ken Thiergartner Death, Obituary – We hate to be the one to deliver the sad news to all of you, but I have to tell you that Ken Thiergartner has died away. He had been battling cancer for a long time, and in the end, he went away at home, surrounded by the love of his family and friends. He had been a fighter.

Both Ken and Karen have lived in Rainbow for a significant amount of time, and throughout that time, they have made numerous contributions to the community in a variety of different ways. Many folks will never forget the unflappable “Good Morning Rainbowers” welcome that Ken provided each and every week during the weekly coffees that were held on Wednesdays.

We have no doubt that you will agree with me in extending our most heartfelt condolences to Karen and her family, along with our best wishes for a rapid recovery on their part, and I am convinced that you will do so alongside me. Ken is going to be missed tremendously on a daily basis. Dear buddy, we pray that you will eventually find the peace you seek. In this trying time, my deepest condolences go out to Karen and all of her family members. Kenny, I pray that you are eventually able to find some peace.
