Barbara Curry Obituary, Death – On Friday, February 17, 2023, at the age of eighty, Barbara Curry died away in a calm and serene manner while receiving care at Hospice Waterloo Region. Clarence, her spouse, passed away before her (2020). A devoted mother to her children, Karen Occhionero (Keith) and Kevin Curry (Jill). Thrilled to be the grandparent to Logan and Tyler Occhionero, as well as Harry Curry. The surviving daughter of Michael Kiertscher and Sara Kiertscher, who both passed away.

Dedicated sister of Sara, Ella, Hilda, Elsa, Michael, Dick, and John, all of whom have passed away. Her husband’s family along with her many nieces, nephews, relatives, and acquaintances all have fond memories of her. Barbara was a devoted follower of both Nascar and Elvis. She volunteered her time and energy with the Kiwanis Kavaliers for a significant portion of her life.
