Donald Franklin Obituary, Death – Donald Franklin lost his battle with cancer and passed away at Parkwood Mennonite Home. Loving husband of Helen Franklin. Father to Michael (Noella) Bender, Debbie (Mark) Gresko, Laurie (George) Goertz and Steven (Kathy) Bender. Grandfather and great-grandfather who loved his family. Joseph is the brother of Susan Franklin’s husband, Darlene “Robert,” and he is also Susan’s brother-in-law. cherished in the memories of a large number of nieces and nephews.
Donald, Karen, Kevin, Steven, and Laurie are the ones who were left behind after his passing. His parents, Ervin and Beulah Franklin, as well as his brother, Terry Franklin, passed away before him. Dale worked for Uniroyal Goodrich for the better part of three decades and gave his job his all. Dale also liked working as an usher for the Kitchener Ranger Games and other events at the Kitchener Auditorium, where he did it on a part-time basis.
On Friday, February 24, 2023, from 5 to 7 p.m, the family of Dale will host a visitation at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, which is located at 507 Frederick Street in Kitchener and can be reached at (519) 749-8467.
