Dr. David Rankin Obituary, Death – Dr. Rankin holds a board certification in plastic surgery from the American Board of Plastic Surgery and serves as the Chief of Plastic Surgery at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Dr. Rankin received his initial education at some of the most prestigious academic institutions in the United States, such as Columbia University and the University of Michigan.
Subsequently, he completed his residency in surgical specialization at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach.
