Erica Dymond Death, Obituary – On February 18, 2023, Zachary & Erica Dymond tragically passed away, leaving behind their cherished son Sawyer Joseph Liam. On October 2, 1985, in Tunkhannock, Zach was conceived. The son of Clifford and Maureen Dymond, he earned his high school diploma from Tunkhannock in 2004.

Erica’s parents are Joel C. Robinson and Cathy Robinson. 2003 saw her graduate from Tunkhannock High School. Zach ran a sawmill and joined Carpenter Union #441 after receiving his degree. Erica attended IUP Punxsutawney after high school and eventually earned an associate’s degree from Keystone College.

She managed client services at Mountain Energy Services for more than 11 years. After graduating from high school, Zach and Erica took extensive trips, making friends and creating lasting memories. On July 24, 2010, they got married in Forkston, Pennsylvania. Their ideal match was their adored son Sawyer; together they were inseparable.

Zach and Erica’s son and they both enjoyed camping and being outside. Zach’s grandparents Joseph Dymond and James Byrnes, as well as his grandmother Celeste Dymond, predeceased him. Grandfather Donald S. Ferris, great-grandmothers Gertrude E. Smalser and Dorothy Benninger, as well as great-grandparents Bruce & Julia Arrowood, all predeceased Erica.

Zach is survived by his brother Lucas J. (Kim), nephews Mason and Colt, niece Ryan Lynn, grandmother Helen Byrnes, uncles James, Joseph Dymond, and Peter, Dennis Byrnes, in addition to their devoted son Sawyer and their parents. Zach is also survived by his aunt Debra (Bill) Lamoureux and nephews Mason and Colt. Both of Zach’s parents are still living.

In addition to her sister Abbey (Jon) Carpenter, nieces Ruby, Fiona, and Violet, as well as her closest friend Jillian McGrady, Erica is also survived by her devoted and adored grandparents Lewis & Marilyn Robinson and Marilyn Ferris. The Harding Litwin Funeral Home in Tunkhannock will host a visitation on Thursday, February 23, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Forkston Cemetery will serve as the site of a private funeral service and burial.
