Joan Kinsella Obituary, Joan Kinsella Has Passed Away
Joan Kinsella Obituary, Death – Joan Kinsella, whose maiden name was Deering, died away in her sleep suddenly but in a very calm and serene manner. It was only a few weeks before her 89th birthday, and although it wasn’t a surprise, it was nevertheless a huge shock to all of us.Her youthful optimism and zeal for living had not been dampened by the passage of time. An absolute delight to be around, and she exudes more vitality than many people who are only a third of her age.
The phrase “life and soul of the party” was an apt description of mum, and it fit her brilliantly. An ever presence at any party we had, first (and last!) on the dance floor, a natural extrovert who would talk to everyone and put you at ease as well as make you feel welcome right away, this person was always there. She devoted her life to her children and grandchildren, making countless selfless contributions to support us and ensuring that we never lacked for anything.
She was doing so well on her own (after close to 70 years of marriage), and she took huge delight from seeing all of her immediate and extended family both in person and over Facetime. Despite the fact that she was devastated when our dad (Fred) passed away last year, she was doing so well on her own.
